About the Sami Eladhari foundation
The foundation was created in memory of Sami Eladhari, beloved Arlington High School Spanish Teacher and Lexington High School Varsity Soccer Coach. The Foundation provides educational scholarships and other opportunities for qualified applicants within the soccer community who demonstrate a thirst for learning and travel and a genuine love for the game. These individuals should also serve as an inspiration to others. These are qualities emblematic to the late Sami Eladhari.
Sami passed away as a result of the Loeys-Dietz syndrome which affected him throughout his life. The foundation will also make donations to further research this little-known syndrome.
